As part of the Vehicle Stability System multiple sensor inputs are required for the processor to perform the brake control operation to maintain vehicle skid control and vehicle stability control. The Steering Wheel Motion Sensor provides the processor the needed steering position and rotational speed input required for proper braking operation.
