    How it works

     

    Order

    Add merchandise to your cart and proceed to checkout. If the merchandise is eligible and you order by 3 pm local time (2 pm on Sunday), you will see the Same-Day Delivery option at checkout.

    Track

    Our delivery partner confirms the order and picks up the merchandise at an Advance Auto Parts store. You will be able to track the delivery status once you receive a confirmation email that the order is out for delivery.

    Deliver

    Same-Day Delivery orders will arrive between 11 am - 8 pm local time. We will attempt to contact you if they need assistance to complete the delivery.

    What is same-day delivery?

    Now you can place an order on shop.advanceautoparts.com and it can be delivered the same day. Same-Day delivery is also available 7 days a week, during regular business hours, for both residential and business customers in select areas and ZIP codes.
    Holiday delivery times may vary.

    How do I place an order for Same-Day delivery?

    Same-Day orders can only be placed online at shop.advanceautoparts.com. If the products are eligible and you order before 3 pm local time (2 pm on Sunday), you will see Same-Day delivery as an option in checkout. If you order after the deadline, you can choose between in-store pickup or having your purchase shipped.

    Who will be delivering my Same-Day order?

    We offer same-day delivery through our delivery partners in select areas across the U.S. We recommend that you are home to receive your order.

    Why are some products not available for Same-Day delivery?

    Most products that are in stock at the store will be available for Same-Day delivery. Some dimension and weight restrictions may apply.

    What if I don't receive my delivery?

    Check the tracking link in your Order Out for Delivery email or log in to your shop.advanceautoparts.com account to check the status of your order.
    If the product is showing as delivered, be sure our delivery provider didn’t leave the product in a hidden location.
    If you are still unable to find your order, call 1-877-ADVANCE (1-877-238-2623) for help. Please have your order number ready for faster service.

    Can the delivery driver install my battery or return my old battery to the store?

    No, drivers will not be able to install new batteries or return old batteries to an Advance Auto Parts store. To get the core charge refunded on a new battery delivered to you bring your receipt and old battery to our store.
