Every thermostat I look at for my car says it "may not fit your car". Why on earth would I buy a product from you if I can't tell if it is going to fit my car?

Our SUV heater wasn't getting hot. I purchased this part and it was identical to the old- except this one works as expected. The price was good too. There are less expensive parts from Advance and others, but I would rather not take my chances in the winter!

UPDATE: I installed this product on my 2010 Chevrolet Equinox and only gave it two stars because it seemed like it failed after 3 years. Well, I replaced the thermostat and after three weeks, I am seeing similar issues where my temperature gauge doesn't move one day, and then the next day it is working again. So I suspect I have a bad coolant temperature sensor which I am going to check and replace next. From what I have read, a bad sensor can cause this symptom, and also a rough idle, which I am also experiencing at times when the temperature gauge is on cold.

My OEM thermostat on my 2010 Chev Equinox failed after 9 years and 130K miles. I replaced it with this one which lasted 3 yrs. and 35K miles. This was the only part available I could find at the time. I wish I was able to find an AC Delco part. Now I need to go through this repair one more time and not happy!

Thermostat failed open after less than 4 months of use. Was wondering why my car took so long to warm up, and after removing my intake manifold to repair a leak, I found the thermostat had failed. Won't be buying Mr Gasket thermostats any time soon.

Please dont waste your time with motorad! I have installed 2 of these thermostats in the last 3 months. Second one just failed obviously while still under warranty. Such a bad product that I won't even making a claim. Waste of money and, even worse, time. I will be smashing with a hammer and telling everyone I can to stay away!

I purchased a used Equinox that the seller said had a temperature issue. He said he had replaced the thermostat and done a few other things only 3 months earlier. I pulled the thermostat. It was all shiny and new looking. And stuck open. No wonder the car ran cold. Unacceptable.

The wife says the temp gauge went all the way to hot and stayed there. Got an overheat code on the reader. Thank god she pulled over and shut down. Checked everything out and all seemed well. Drove it home and all seemed fine. Fluids full, inside cabin heat good, no problem. Drove for another month without issue. Then out of the blue overheat again, idling in the driveway. This time had the opportunity to grab upper radiator hose and it was cold! Stuck thermostat. I had just replaced it about a year prior with a complete cooling flush. So yeah, junk.
