Have a 1963 corvette with a Patriot 383 SBC Stroker motor. Need tall covers to clear scorpion roller rockers but need recess on plug side of driver side cover to be low enough to clear the power brake drum. What is the height of your cover at the recess in this area? Please advise. Thank you. Regards, Patrick

Happy to answer your question Patrick! This valve cover gasket has a height of 3-34"inches tall. For your type of application where you need a recess in it you may need to modify the valve cover.
