If you're deciding what plugs to buy, just use whatever your OEM specifies. Your car will always run better on equipment it was designed for, especially when it comes to ignition equipment and sensors. Getting "better" plugs is pointless on a stock engine and tune. You might think it performs "better", but it doesn't. You just needed new plugs.

About 500 miles since I installed the Autolite XP Iridium plugs. Not really a noticeable difference either way in my '99 Tahoe, 5.7L Gas V8. It now, and always has runs really well. I hade about 30k miles on the last set of plugs (DENSO TT) and figured it was just time to do the tune-up. The plugs came pre-gapped at .060" and were all good according to my feeler gauge. For the price, I figure I can't go wrong with Iridium for full spark and durability. I've used Autolite before and always had positive results.

A very good spark plugs for replacement on my 2005Ford Explorer. Tuned up great along with new plug wires, runs great . Also a small amount of dialectic contact grease on each plug before wire cap ensures best electrical connections. Autolite spark plugs are long lasting also.

Installed these in a 2012 Ford Focus. They are good enough! Plugs need to be checked every 3 years or 36,000 miles no matter what. The dealer & manufacturer will tell you the iridium plugs will last and will not need changing until 100,000 miles -that is Bull ! Even if you do not need to replace them. Check the condition of the plugs to see if anything is going wrong with the engine. Then clean & re-gap the plugs. It is very important to re-gap the plugs because the stem electrode wears down.

I tested all of the eight plugs I bought by touching my tongue to the electrode as my wife cranked the engine. She gauged my reaction to each and found that I exclaimed the exact same word after each experience. So I have to say that this company's spark plugs are in my opinion if nothing else.. alike in every way.
