I use this in a 2008 Nissan Rogue SL AWD with 235,000+ miles on it and have used it in the transfer case and rear differential since it's first gear oil change from brand new. Still looks clean after 30,000 mile change intervals. Also use it currently in a 2008 Nissan Titan front axle, 1995 Nissan D21 pickup rear differential and farm equipment gearboxes, all at 30,000 mile or 2 year change intervals regardless. Moisture and corrision reduction and piece of mind. Exceptional gear oil that does what it's supposed to do. Lubrication, Protection and Longevity. Valvoline Synthetic gear oil is even better I'm sure. I just don't use Synthetic gear oil unless required by manufacturer. This conventional stuff is just as good!

Used the product to service my truck's differential. Would have given it 5 stars but for the plastic "bag" it comes in. Unless you hold it at the cap when opened, it's guaranteed that you will squeeze out some oil, making for a mess to clean up before you start.

1998 Ford Ranger (4 cyl open diff). The first change was at 110,000mi. Just now did another cover off change. I'm wondering now if I wasted my time because everything looked so clean. Very little smooge on the magnetic oil fill plug. Both times I cleaned it out with brake clean and air pressure.

I installed these on my truck almost 10 years ago and they're still attached. Actually only now is one end starting to come loose a little bit. The key however to making sure they don't fall off is clean the surface with alcohol wipes before attaching the 3M tape. Clean, Clean, Clean. Then you won't have a problem.
