All RaceQuip Window Net Mount Kits are made from high quality steel then zinc plated for a durable finish. RaceQuip offers four different styles of kits to meet your needs. Kits include all necessary hardware to secure the top and bottom of one window net to a racecar chassis. This kit includes a 36" long spring loaded round bar for the top and a 35" round bar for the bottom. The extra length of the bars in this kit make it ideal for use on large vehicles like off road racing trucks. The top and bottom bars are held in place by the included tabs that are welded to the chassis. There is also an optional top bar pull tab that may be tack welded in place to provide a convenient pull handle to release the net. This clear replacement polycarbonate face shield is designed to fit RaceQuip PRO SA-2010 and SA-2015 Helmets as well as SFI-24.1-2010 and 2015 Youth Series Helmets. RaceQuip face shields (sometimes called helmet visors) are formed from 3mm thick distortion free high strength polycarbonate. A Visor Strip and Tear-Off Posts are included. RaceQuip offers several different helmet face shields to meet any racing conditions you may encounter, from standard clear replacements to dark smoke tint, mirror or blue iridium for bright sunlight conditions, and amber for nighttime racing. RaceQuip SFI 27.1 Rated Ribbon Window Nets are constructed of heavy-duty 1" polypropylene webbing and nylon thread for maximum durability. RaceQuip utilizes a jig-built construction technique to ensure consistent size, shape, and fit. RaceQuip offers various hardware pieces for auto racing seat belt and racecar harness installation. All RaceQuip seat belt mounting hardware is forged from premium quality SAE 1050 steel, then coated in black epoxy for corrosion resistance. This 2" bolt on end is designed to slide onto the belt along with a 2" wide 3 bar slide (700985) and then bolt to the chassis. This delta shaped 2" bolt on end is the one that comes standard on most RaceQuip 2" wide seat belt sets. Sold each. RaceQuip's FIA 8853-2016 auto racing harness sets are designed and built to deliver the "Best Value in Safety", just like the rest of the product line. These FIA Pull-Down Lap Camlock style seat belt sets meet that challenge by offering loads of features at an affordable price. RaceQuip's FIA series Camlock belt sets utilize black oxide coated drop forged steel hardware for great looks and long service life. The six point configuration incorporates a comfortable dual 2" wide moustache bar crotch strap design that is adjustable to 24" in length. The lap belt is a "pull-down" configuration which means that you pull the lap belt straps down and away from the cam buckle to tighten. The 3" wide lap belt is adjustable from 22" to 60" in length and has sewn ends with snap hooks and eyebolts installed. The individual shoulder belts are 3" wide and can be adjusted from 20" to 68" in length. This harness set meets the stringent FIA 8853-2016 standard which allows racers in some sanctions to use them for five years before replacing. Construction starts with a lightweight magnesium alloy dual direction cam buckle. The buckle features an engagement cone which allows the belts to snap into the cam mechanism at angles of 21 Degrees left or right and 11 degrees up and down for ease of engagement. RaceQuip's 5-Point Camlock Harness System features 2" shoulder and lap belts and carries an SFI 16.1 Rating. The 2" twin individual shoulders allow use with any Head & Neck Restraint Device and the 2" lap belt means that the belt can tuck below your hip bone instead of on top of it. This allows a tighter lap belt and it will load more quickly in the event of an impact. The lightweight aluminum alloy cam buckle provides precise spring pressure for a positive feel when rotating the lever to the 45 degree (right or left) unlatch movement. This motorsports seat belt system also has a "pull down" lap belt design which means you pull the lap belt ends away from the cam buckle to tighten the belts. The cam buckle stays attached to the right side lap belt when not in use. This auto racing harness is manufactured using premium 2" polyester webbing and black epoxy coated drop forged steel 3 bar slides and bolt on hardware ends. A must for anyone who drives an open cockpit car, RaceQuip SFI 3.3 Arm Restraints are manufactured using high grade steel hardware with premium polypropylene webbing utilizing hook and loop fastening. RaceQuip's SFI rated arm restraint design utilizes 2" webbing for the cuffs and 1" webbing for the tethers that are attached to the cuffs. The cuffs are adjustable from 10" to 15" and the tethers adjust in length out to 20" so they work for most adults. RaceQuip's Latch & Link V-Style auto racing harness set has shoulder belts that attach to a single mount point behind the seat, thus forming a "V" shape. Sometimes also referred to as 4-Point belts, these sets are manufactured using premium 3" polyester webbing and drop forged steel hardware to exceed the SFI 16.1 rating. Shoulders adjust from 26" to 40" and the lap belt adjusts from 20" to 60". All RaceQuip 713 series belts come as a "pull down lap" design, which means that the lap belts must be pulled down and away from the center latch & link buckle mechanism to tighten. All RaceQuip Latch & Link motorsports harness sets are distinguished by a pivoting "hammer," called a Duckbill, which is located on the lap belt and locks all the belts into place by snapping down into a detent. Both shoulder belts and the sub-belt are hooked over the link; the link is inserted into the latch on the lap belt; the Duckbill is then brought down into and over the link, securely holding all the pieces in place. Since RaceQuip seat belt sets are "double adjustable", lengths are simply adjusted on either end for ease of installation. Using the included three bar slide you can mount the belts by either wrapping them around a roll bar or by bolting them in place with the supplied ends.
