Walker Direct Fit Exhaust Resonator and Pipe Assembly 2.75" Inlet (ID) 2.75" Outlet (OD)

Was generally easy to install. Need to get 2-1/4" muffler clamp. The dodge resonator had a strap clamp on the pipe. The OEM strap clamp was spot welded to the original resonator pipe. I figured this out after trying to get the strap to move. When I bent the straps back far enough the spot weld broke off. The OEM resonator had reliefs or slots cut into the pipe which made it easy for the strap clamp to compress the end of the resonator pipe. The strap clamp covers up the slots in the pipe. Get a chisel under the edge of one of the slots and it opens the resonator pipe end up and loosens the pipe. Do it to both slots. I wouldn't try to slip the support bars out of the resilient mounts. It was easy just to unbolt the supports from the car (13 mm) and then transfer the resilient mounts over to the new pipe and bolt back up when the pipe is in place. The bends are corrugated vice the OEM rounded bends. This might add a little to the backpressure or cut down performance but that's just a guess, for a 2007 van with 181K miles, I'm not sure I'd notice it.

was left w/ 3 inch ground clearance. The store rep insisted that I did get the correct part. I wanted to return the item due to after being matched up to the old resonator, the back end hand too low to the ground (3 inches). Looked like a faulty welding. THANKS!
