Bought new in 2021. We only put 8,000 miles per year. The flex part is already leaking on going out.. Let's see if I get good customer service back.

Don't waste your time
Lasted 14 months (bad flex pipe)..... 2 months over warranty... guess it is probably for the best as why would i want to put another one on just to last another year. Order a OEM from Ford! almost the same price! Save time.... time is money!

I will not buy again
This part has been on my car for 2 years and the flex pipe is already gone. I do not hardly drive the car and to have this part last only 15,000 is unacceptable. To me this is very poor quality.

This is a decent product.
To the reviewer who claimed that the flex pipe broke apart. That is absolutely true. Especially if you don't drive the vehicle much. Condensation will form inside the pipe and begin to rust. You must run the vehicle up to operating temperature. Short hauls will definitely cause problems with the exhaust and other components. Bottom line, drive the vehicle or have someone run it more often.
