Walker Exhaust Y Pipe

Do NOT buy Walker or Bosal front pipe if you are using for a replacement on a 2004 Honda Pilot!!! Just like the Bosal, this part absolutely does not fit a 2004 Honda Pilot. The pipe is about a quarter inch too short for the holes on the front flange to fit over the studs on the front of the exhaust manifold. You can see from the pics that with the back part of the pipe pulled forwards as much as the flange holes will allow, the holes on the front flange are still no where near fitting over the studs on the front of the manifold. The If you pulled the pipe forward as hard as you could with a clamp, you might get it on but there should be no need to place that much torque/tension on the welded joints. No doubt they would break within a few months (just like what happened to the reviewer who said that about the Bosal front pipe that didn't fit but that he forced on with his floor jack). I don't expect a cheaper aftermarket product to be as high in quality as an OEM part but for goodness sakes, when the manufacturer says it is an EXACT fit for my vehicle, it should darn well be an EXACT fit, cheap or not. Absolute junk and waste of my time.

This pipe when in well. The fit was a little tight but all in all it was an easy install. P.S. you may need to buy a 22mm oxygen sensor removal socket. For this install.
