Close fit, large flange bolt holes on downstream end
Hardware not included, fyi. I purchased bolts/nuts/washers separately in store based on the enlarged flange holes but when I went to mount the holes on my existing exhaust (Pontiac G6) the bolts were too big to fit. My fault for not checking, but just a fair warning.
The part itself had the correct bends and O2 sensor hole. It seemed to be about an inch short when I mounted it, but the old flex piece may have stretched and the exhaust settled back 1". I pulled them together then installed a new gasket with exhaust sealant bolted and it seems to be leak free.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
