Seems fine
On my car, a Pontiac Grand Prix with 3800 engine, this gasket fit between the exhaust manifold/catalytic converter. At the other end of the converter, where it joins the resonator, there's a smaller diameter gasket required, not this one.

Very disappointed
After two weeks, less than 500 miles the gasket is disintegrating. Terrible exhaust smell in the cabin and had to suffer with it and the noise on a long trip. It also fits very poorly. Shocked that Federal Mogul would make such a poor product. Mine was made in India. Its not the price but it has to be taken apart and redone. Hopefully I can get one from Ford. Hopefully walker cat and muffler are better quality.

Wrong info
This doesn't fit between frontpipe and converter but between manifold and frontpipe. The one that fit got a bigger diameter.

I got two of these to replace the factory gaskets on a 1999 Mazda Miata. At [@], we demand the highest performance from replacement parts and these walker gaskets didn't disappoint. We've used their catalytic converters and mufflers with great success. Never an issue. No fuss.
