Pipe btwn manfold pipe to new muffler
Part was exact fit to replace short pipe(clamped)from manfiold pipe to old muffler(welded)used 2 1/2" clamps after cutting off old muffler and installing new . Ford 1998 ext cab 5.4L.

Too short to go with direct fit muffler.
Boutght this to go with direct fit muffler as OEM muffler had this pipe welded to it. This pipe was too short so had to have one cut and flared at local muffler shop. Local store accepted return with no problem.
