There was some welding spatter on the sealing surfaces that had to be filed off, this is unacceptable for a product. I expect to not have to clean up a brand new part. The flanges are thinner, this is not an issue just clean the previously unused thread section of the studs. Overall this product was what I expected, easy installation, and fit was consistent with the original part.

The product fits, although it is simple with rough finish, no threaded spots for attachments and not cast iron like the original pipe,. The end facing the converter is thinner, so it requires extra washers, but the good thing is the rear wings are thicker, since that was the locus minoris resistentiea that failed in the original part.
