Warranty Details (1 Year Warranty)
The SYLVANIA Load Equalizer can be used to eliminate hyper flashing and CANbus error codes or bulb out warnings. This most often occurs with turn signal applications in some vehicles, causing the bulb to blink much faster than normal or display a message on the dashboard after replacing an incandescent with an LED bulb. Easily installed in parallel with each LED bulb, it will ensure normal lighting operations so you can enjoy your LED upgrade.

Product Features:
  • RESOLVES POWER ISSUES: Corrects bulb flashing, flickering, CANbus error codes and bulb out warnings that can occur when switching to LED.
  • DIY INSTALLATION: Easy to mount, attach the SYLVANIA load equalizer to a flat metal surface, then attach wires to those of socket with provided clips
  • COMPATIBILITY: For use with most vehicles when installing aftermarket LED bulbs
  • TRUSTED BRAND: SYLVANIA is a trusted OEM automotive lighting manufacturer, with over 100 years of superior optical engineering experience

LED Load Resistor
I replaced my front running/turn signal bulbs to LED. I had the rapid flash problem, so I bought these resistors. No instructions in the box so I watched a you tube video on how to install. Found the turn signal hot wire and connected one end of the resistor to it and the other end to ground. I turned my car to the on position without starting it, and turned the signal on. Almost immediately everything went off. My battery had completely died. I disconnected the resistor and put my battery on charge. Everything seems to work OK for now. I will not be adding the resistors back. I am buying a flasher made for LED bulbs instead.

Easy to install, fixed flashing headlights
I was able to put these in my car just by following instructions on the box. It can be very intimidating to attempt something so mechanical sometimes when you don't really handle your own car care. This was super easy and it fixed my flashing lights. I swear my headlights are even a little brighter (not crazy super brights that bother other drivers).
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Small but mighty
These little resisters pack a lot of power. They come in a nice package with excellent instructions. The product is very well made and really nice construction. I recommend this product because of its durability.

a single resistor doesn't work with 2018 Colorado tail light
if you need to use 2 for each side (1 for each bulb), this doesn't make sense because the tail lights on the Colorado are wired in parallel. because 1 did not work, this is upsetting because i cut the wire to install. the wiring behind the lens is exposed so using the crimp style connector is not a good idea because this will expose the wire to the elements. so now i have to run back, return the bulbs and resistor. someone else can figure out what the correct resistor to use on the Colorado.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Does not work.
I followed the instructions perfectly. My lights still hyper flash. Waste of money. Do not buy.

Great
I got this for my husband to use for the led light in his car . He says That that it was use so his turn signal would not flash so fast. After watching the view on YouTube it was not that hard to install. He is very happy with it
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
