They work bright, just not in a 1995 YJ Wrangler
These lights work great. Be wary of using them on older vehicles. They require adding resisters to each bulb socket.

Bad solder
These bulbs have an inherent defect. The ground solder point on case has a huge blob of solder that prevents bulb from seating properly as it uses up almost 1/8" of the bulbs length. Was going to upgrade brake light on my harley and they would not sear due to this defect. Every bulb in store of this brand had same defect.

I would not recommend
Junk, didn't fit my bulb housing properly and after modifying, not as bright as original bulbs. Stick with the element style bulbs and save $20

Just DON'T
These bulbs are awful. They didn't work when we first put them in. When we tried to pull the bulb out it broke and had to pull the metal piece out with pliers. The sylvania bulbs in the black and orange package that advance sells are much better and MUCH BRIGHTER.
