I have a 1997 buick lesabre limited with the 3.8l. I am wondering if the correct pan for my car is this pan, or the "B" pan.

Look at your oil pan and if it is black it is the older model oil pan. If it is made from cast material, lik ed the material your alternator and ac bracket is made from it's the newer model pan. You should have the older model pan (a).
