Good starter combo!!
2004 Ford F150 Heritage, 4.6L: Bought because I needed the spray, and the extra pour in was a great bonus and saved some $$. 1) Spray-in: Put it in with the spray hose right at the throttle body. Made sure tip was centered in the TB just below center on the butterfly valve hemisphere that opens toward the cylinders. Set the RPM at 2000 with a stick and a clamp on the accel pedal. Sprayed.... At first, I thought something was wrong, because I expected to see smoke. I did not. But I know it all went in... about 4-5 minutes. Can was 100% empty, no liquid remaining. Waited 20 minutes with engine off to hot soak. Took it out on a drive, and in a safe place, I did some "spirited" launches. No smoke at idle or cruise speed, but when the tach passed 3k on the launches (5 total to clean up), smoke and junk just boiled out of the tail pipe. Looked like I was spraying for mosquitoes. LOL! After, I cleaned it up and drove a while to make sure the ECM had time to adjust (if any), I did another launch from standing. My "seat-o-pants-o-meter" says that throttle response is better (less lag), and its noticeably more "peppy". My borescope won't fit into the spark plug holes, but I'd bet that there's a lot less carbon in the top end of this 16+ old, never been overhauled 4.6L with 193,200 miles on it. Will be using regularly from now on with every oil change.

Good product. Spray can not so good.
I used this on my 1947 Carter. W1 carb. The engine ran better after use. The only problem is that the product stop coming out of the can leaving at least 1/4 of the product in the can. I did not get the entire product I purchased.

I love this stuff!!!
Seafoam has been my go to for a long time. I recommend this for any vehicle, motorcycle or boat. This stuff works great
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Saved me from taking out the carbs!
My 50HP 25-year-old 2 stroke Mercury outboard motor was skipping at low idle. It was clearly a carburetor issue. I put the Seafoam gas treatment into the fuel tanks (which I normally do) and sprayed the three carbs as per the instructions. Runs great now - saved me from removing and cleaning the carbs.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
