I have found the Royal Purple product to provide exceptional lubricating protection and other benefits.
This Royal Purple was tested in a non-conventional motor oil application by being used as a replacement lubricant in an electrical motor mesh-gear transfer-case.
I found the unit to operate more efficiently with the use of Royal Purple as a replacement for the old transfer-case lubricant. The ending results were a substantially quieter drive mechanism and remarkably cooler transfer-case.
The Royal Purple motor oil has demonstrated the ability to reduce energy robbing friction while maintaining a strong protective lubrication film strength.
I have also used Royal Purple for its intended purpose as motor oil and found it to be comparable with other top synthetics.

Oil does not pour from the bottle very well and makes a mess until you have emptied about 20oz or so out of the bottle. I like the purple color.

I was using royal purple everytime until this last oil change and I went with the deal of the day. Sorry I did. Engine started leaking oil, head gasket problem. Should have never left...I'm back for good now.

Started using this in my car at 51,000 miles.Will continue to use it for the rest of my cars life.My engine is a small 2 liter which the rpm's run much higher vs. a 6 or 8cyl. so I want the best protection I can get. Also, I add about 1/3 of a bottle of Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer and this combo makes that little motor run as smooth as silk which is what I want ! Highly recommend !

I put this in my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 HEMI, can't hear "hemi tick" anymore, definitely an increase in fuel economy, overall better performance in the truck. Not worried about price considering it's protecting something worth thousands of dollars. But like everyone else, if it was cheaper i wouldnt complain :)
