2008 Cadillac DTS seal oil leaks on engine
I have the northstar 4.6L and my car was leaking drips of oil and I didn't want to pay $3,800 to have the car re-sealed so I grab 2 cans of this stuff. I did like it said I used Gunk Brake cleaner all over where the blocks bolt to gather front and back. Please wear gloves because its very sticky and very hard to come off. After you clean with brake cleaner and its dry put car on jack stands and the start your car up and let it run for about 8 to 10 minutes turn your car off have gloves and glasses on and spray with tube all the cracks shake can every time you use it when engine is hot it seals real good I did mine 2 months ago and still working you can spray each crack 2 to 3 time but let dry 10 mins. between each coat and can say let sit for 45 minutes I let mine set over night works on transmissions anything that dose not have pressure.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
This product did not work for my application.

I tried to use this product to seal a leaking gasket on the rear of an electric golf cart. I cleaned the area as per directions and sprayed the area several times. The rear continued to leak. After a few months I purchased some JB weld to work on this area. I cleaned off the spray and seal and applied the JB weld product, so far so good.
