Hi Dan, I'm glad to assist you! Permatex only recommended this Form-A-Gasket No. 1 Sealant (3 oz.) - Part # 80008 for freeze plugs, threaded connections, and manifold gaskets. However, I'd recommend that you contact Permatex directly at (860) 543-7500, and one of their Parts Pros will gladly assist you with the tire valve stem.
Is this good for an oil pan with trouble sealing

Hi Daniel, happy to help you! This Permatex Form-A-Gasket No. 1 Sealant (Part # 80008) is suggested to use in freeze plugs, threaded connections and manifold gaskets. However, we do have an exact oil pan gasket maker available online and the part number is 82180/82150 and can be used on high flexibility and high oil resistant applications such as timing covers, transmission pans and oil pans.
Can I run engine right after installing oil pan gasket with this sealant

Hi Daniel, happy to help you! Assembly is operational after 2 hours, full cure is effective after 24 hours. The product can be removed from metal surfaces with isopropyl alcohol. If the sealant has been dried for a long time or at high temperatures, cover the sealant with alcohol and allow to soften overnight.

uses alcohol for solvent, so it probably shrinks a bit when drying, I would go for one of the RTV type products.
