Worked like a charm
Used on rusted exhaust flange stud that wouldnt budge with anything else. Placed on stud as close to flange as possible. Used 3/8 impact on lowest setting as suggested in the instructions on the back and out came the stud intact. Took a couple seconds for it to start moving but it moved and took the whole stud out intact. No drama, no drill required
Had to use vice grips and the impact in forward to release the stud from the tool as it clamped down so hard that a regular ratchet had no chances of moving the socket that cause the teeth to clamp on the stud.
Highly recommend!

Insides fell out.
Was able to remove one turbo stud. In the process the insides fell out broken and mangled. It at least kept holding onto the stud after falling apart Thats why i gave it 2 stars instead of one.
Says lifetime warranty so we will see how that goes.

LIFE SAVER!
I had spent hours trying to remove broken starter bolts from a Ford aluminum bell housing (another brilliant Ford design!) A little heat and this little gem had the broken studs out within 10 minutes! Awesome tool!

Saved my bacon on 5.3L Chevy manifold bolt
2006 Tahoe with 5.3L engine. Had one exhaust manifold bolt heat snap off. Working from the top I removed the plug wires, unbolted the manifold, got under the truck and pulled the exhaust down. Strapped it down. Took 2-3 attempts to get this tool firmly seated then the bolt came right out! No need to weld a nut. This was a lifesaver! Used the jack to lift exhaust back into place with new bolts and gasket. BUY THIS TOOL!

I had an exhaust stud break on my Harley motorcycle. After trying welding nuts on, vise grips and heat the stud wouldn't budge. I stumbled upon this and figured why not give it a shot. And oh man I can't stop raving about how well this worked. Clamped on The stud and had it out in seconds. Saved me from pulling the engine and paying a machine shop

This is a must have
This was a life saver. I spent hours on a rusted seized body bolt stud. I used heat and pb blaster over and over and then a large set of vice grips. The vice grips just spun on the stud. I then purchased this tool and it took 30 seconds to get the bolt out with my impact gun. This is well built and I was skeptical, but definitely worth the addition to your tool box.
Done.
Used to extract exhaust manifold studs. Same story - 23 years old studs, several days of PB Blaster and vise grips - could see it would move but didn't have my whole life to get it done.
Bought this, 15 minutes of effort to get the socket extensions and find the right spot - done.
