Junk
If you want to work really hard to enlarge your stripped head this might be the tool for you. Followed all directions, installed insert and allowed rtv to cure. Turned over the engine and the new plug and insert rocketed out of the head on the third crank. Sounded like a gunshot.

Returning immediately
Bought this yesterday for stripped hole on a Honda d15b2 head. Package clearly says "5/8 drive!". Wonderful. The Honda head is overhead cam with long plug tubes. The largest socket I can even get down there IS a 5/8. Remove tool from package, hex head is 7/8! Tool is useless to me. Also, package says 14mm, chase threads on tap are way too wide to start in plug hole threads. I think they must of packaged the wrong tap/chase in the wrong package, but I'm not going to buy again and find out.

No,don't buy it
Absolutely the worst tool ever,I've been turning wrenches for 30 years. Ruined the spark plug hole,,yes I follow directions, if there were a negative star rating it would apply in this situation.

i would never buy this again
worst tool ever. the so called thread chaser was too big to even start in the stripped threads, and yes this was the correct size as the insert threaded on to the original plug perfectly. the the thread chasing tap was of such poor quality. all it did was completely strip the hole bigger than the insert, i used tapping fluid and followed the poor instruction, i have tapped hundreds of holes, and this was was just plain ugly. now i'll have to buy a new cylinder head.

Worked but with modification and hard work
I purchased this product to repair a Pit bike thread spark plug that was mess up. Well, this product was not made for my application because the thread was very short. The tap was not like on the picture. there was no leading chamfer so it would not go in the old hole. I had to drill the hole first and then I was able to start taping. Since this it a tappered tap you need to thread it all the way in order to create the thread. I couldn't since I was hitting the side of the chamber (my spark plug is at an angle). I therefore had to cut the tool and retap several time. After recreating the thread, I wanted to use the inserts. I couldn't thread them by hand so I use the spark plug. The insert hit the bottom of the thread and broke at the top (the height not in contact with the thread). No big deal but I don't think that was intended. I now have an helicoil.
I think this could work IF you can you hole is straight and you can insert the tool all the way AND if you have the chamfer at the bottom of the tool as on the picture.
