How exactly are you wanting to bleed the clutch with this?

No you can't bleed anything with a pump. You can however do a reverse line FILL through a bleed nipple. Be sure to check how much fluid you will be replacing and consider the pump capacity, as well as the Hg or inches of line pressure you will need (most steel container pumps will be fine).
can I use this to fill my transfer case or differential fluid?

This could be used to fill the transfer case and differential on your vehicle, but it would take quite a while to do it because this container only holds 1/4 of a pint of oil and you would need to constantly keep refilling it. If you want a pump to help you fill these parts I recommend a different part number, try Part No. W1139/SL4344. This will be able to attach to the gear oil container and pump directly from the bottle.
