I purchased this Guage to measure the Drive Belt Tension on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee Country that has a manual belt adjustment. The only problem I ran into was finding enough room to clip the Guage to the belt. After removing the Battery and Battery Mount and moving some Air Conditioner hoses, I was able to clip it to the belt between the Air Conditioning Compresser and the Alternator. Worked AOK. It has a hefty spring that requires some muscle to push down the handle but it works.
I am very pleased with this product.
