I will always buy NGK & NTK products because of the quality
If you buy this sensor take not to the plug rail on the plug itself and the map sensor plug. The rails are on the other side not matching up with the plug coming from the wiring harness. Instead of replacing the plug and risking future electrical issues all I did was use a utility knife and cut the one outside rail guide and plugged it in. The plug can only fit one way and it does minus that outside rail. Conclusion.... My 02 Dodge Durango runs like new now.
Issues I experienced:
Surge or Jolt while driving
Fluctuation in idle.
Lack of power
High shifting while going up hill resulting in loss of power.
* The Map Sensor controls your timing, shifting points, idle control and fuel metering. This little guy plays a big role.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
