The ABS or Anti-Lock Brake System ECU monitors the Wheel Speed Sensors rotational speed for anti-lock brake function, stability control and traction control. The ABS sensors report the speed of all four wheels to the ECU to determine if the wheels are locking up and to help provide safer stopping. Reasons for replacement include: ABS/brake lamp illumination, no or erratic ABS operation or problems with stability and or traction control systems.

Perfect fix for 2010 Jeep wrangler
2010 Jeep wrangler fixed traction control and ABS lights. Vehicle was in some sort of limp mode. This sensor was very to install (rear sensors don't even need wheel nor brakes to be removed). Unfortunately code only said right side but figured would start with rear sensor due to easier install and luckily fixed it. The front was also in stock. Thanks!
