Distributer cap wire contact fittings would be far better if they were angled to match the the distributer cap-end boot right-angle approach attitude. The "straight-entry" wire vs. a "right-angled" boot results in an "un-complimentary" stressed "self-disassembling" - especially when lubed-up with dialectric grease - fit. Surprisingly obvious design flaw for top-of-the-line OEM specification equipment.
