For YJ Dana 30 pass side, but buy driver side seal, too!

If it's your first attempt at installing this particular seal, buy 2, because you'll probably mangle the first one before you realize that it is best done with four hands. You should also replace the seal on the driver side (which is much easier) while you are at it, since the best way to install this one is from the opposite axle tube.
To remove this one, you only need to remove the passenger side axle and disconnect mechanism, then use a long driver to push the old seal into the narrow, exposed disconnect cavity. However, that cavity is too small to fit conventional seal drivers and hammer the new one into place. I tried to press it in by aligning a metal disc with center hole, attached to a long piece of threaded rod and plate/nut at the outer axle tube. It sort of worked but it was impossible to correct misalignment and the seal always started crooked. In my case, I already had the driver side axle out to replace its seal.
To successfully install this one, I held a conventional seal driver plate in place (working inside the narrow cavity at the disconnect), while my son fed a long pipe through from the driver side, all the way to contact the seal driver I held onto, and he hammered on my command.

Fit Dana 30 on 90 Jeep Wrangler

So far so good with the install in the Jeep wrangler. Not the easiest to install, i would recommend reading some Jeep reviews about how to seat this. It fits inside the CAD, and seals the outer of the two piece shaft.
