Oil Filter Conversion Kit

I could not get my old adapter off so I did not use this item. The locktite did not release on adapter already in place. Found out the original adapter in place was not the source of my oil leak rather a valve cover leak. On chevy v-8's the rear drivers side valve cover leak goes past the oil filter.

Step up for convenience. I like old-school products and designs for the most part, but sometimes it's nice to have convenience too. My 1966 -Chevy C20 came with a 283. It means it came with a cartridge instead of a regular screw on oil filter. So I needed this product to transform my old school truck to use a modern style oil filter. It works great for my headers. In the future I will use this product and recommend it to friends because it was so easy to install even a foreign car mechanic could do it.
