3 DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSIONS IN 3 MONTHS 1.2 BBB
3 failed transmissions, 3 weeks between replacements and they refuse to pay labor claims. All within 3 months. I supplied them with all paperwork, they sent me new/ defective transmissions, each with a different problem. They keep me on hold for 3 weeks, customer service says I'm covered but no check in the mail. Then when you call in they say 1 more form was needed and you only have 30 days, Sorry???????? Horrible company!!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
