I bought a 98.5 dodge 2500 4x4 cummins and it was driving squirly and had just a touch of the death wooble not to mention quit a bit of play in the steering. I found that the stock track bar had a bad ball joint.I looked a quit a few replacements and decided to go with the moog because of the heavy duty design and price. After I got it installed, which took about 1.5 hours It solved the death woolbe and took most of the play out of the steering. The install wasn't to hard once I had the truck completly in the air on jack stands under the frame. I am going to buy moog problem solver tie rod ends next.

Being a Mechanic and seeing the common replaced parts on a daily basis, its good to see MOOG has truly tried to problem solve these common weak points. This track bar ball joint is a common failure, they increased the size of joint giving the part a better chance of survival.

Made in US. Fits good, joint seems larger.
