For the 1st time in a while, the recommended part fit.

With the proper tools (mainly a special tool from H.F. to get the outer tie rod off ) this was a pretty easy install for my Toyota Sienna LE. The part was O.K. ...shorter than the OEM. Not a biggie, but it seems sturdy enough.
The Rating is More About Check Before You Leave the Store...
I ordered online for in-store pickup which is fine. I arrived at the store and decided to open the box before leaving (actually this is a retail process that should ALWAYS be followed at auto-stores especially). The tie rod was in the box with the end nut only.... nothing else that was advertised (washer /etcc.)
I had the order transferred to another local store and I picked it up there . This one was fully wrapped inside the box in a plastic bag with the tie-rod, end nut, washer, instruction packet
Always check your boxes to avoid a return trip or in-store hassles
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
