Do not waste your money on this

I've been a loyal customer with advance auto for a good 15 years . But I think this is it. I bought this rack for a 2014 gmc acadia and it has been a nightmare. 3 different rack and pinion and all 3 were garbage. 2 of them out the box had the inner tie damaged. I showed the store clerk and he looked at me like he didn't know what he was looking at. I had to explain to him that when a inner tie rod is loose and has no treads it's no good. My old rack had better tie rods. Anyway had my truck in the shop for 3 days. I received the 3rd rack and guess what , again the inner tie rod were damage. I had no choice but to buy a set of inner tie rods and take the rack and pinion with it's damage. I asked for some sort of discount because I was buying a damge part and the store manager refuse to do so. I'm very disappointed with the quality of parts I've been getting.
