Good product, poor service.

While I would rate the tie rod ends a 5 star rating, the customer service I received at the Highland, IN was less than helpful. I ordered the product online about 3 hours before I was going to pick it up. The employee at the store was more interested in texting on her cell phone than assisting me. I then had to wait for another employee, not the one texting, to get my product. As I asked a question about the product the employee gave me a general answer without lifting her head from her cell phone. Good product, poor customer service.
