I purchased on line the inner tie rod as requested by my mechanic.
Auto Parts store associate gave me the outer tie rods instead. I did not know how these parts were supposed to look since I am not a mechanic. My mechanic told me that they gave me the wrong parts. I had to go back to the store to get the right parts. Associates need to read more carefully the on line orders to avoid this kind of mistake - waste of time and disappointment to customer. But they were good to exchange the wrong parts for the correct parts.
