Superior part
THe thing is, MOOG is a superior part. THat is why it has the high price tag. Still cheaper than dealer parts! MOOG has advanced metalurgy, and even tweaks designs to out-perform OEM stuff.
I specifically put this on a customer's 2000 Malibu LS. I expect it to last at least 100k miles with normal driving. At least 70K miles with teenage driving. Also, make sure you don't pump grease into any ball joint until it comes out of the seal, just until the seal starts to swell! IMPORTANT!!!!

Castle nut when torqued to proper dimension was above cotter pin hole. Had to go with a thicker (3x)washer.In bought the more expensive part thinking it wouldn't have the same problem as the cheaper one (3rd one I replaced).

Moog only way to go. Measure to old one first to be sure correct or measure end to end or center zirc to end.
