Your 1993 GMC K1500 5.7L should have two outer and two inner tie rod end. This Moog Tie Rod End (Part# ES2836RL) fits either front outer left or right side. We suggest Moog Tie Rod End (Part# ES2838RL) fits either inner right or left side for your 1993 GMC K1500 5.7L. You need two of these. There are a total of four tie rods and these are just two that are for the driver and passenger side. These are the outermost tie rods that connect to the wheels. The other two are the inner tie rod ends and are of different part numbers. The inner ones connect the outer tie rods to the center link which is then controlled by the pitman arm and idler arm.
