Hard to install
Had the exact same issue as the previous user, and was able to install the link by doing the exact same thing. Really hate to have to chomp on the threads with a vise grip but as he said, its the ONLY alternative other than melting the nylock out of the nut. Come on Moog, either put flats on the back side or a hex on the front side. Yes, I recommend the part because the low cost alternatives will not last.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
dumb design

Had no "flats" or socket head on top taper.Kinda hard to install with a locknut.Old one had socket head on end.Was able to use needle nose vise-grips to make it work, otherwise a good product

I will continue to purchase simular items from AAP.

The product has worked great!
Replacing within a year
Tough to install because no flats existed. The ball joint just wants to spin, I had to use a washer to get it to catch and tighten. But this wore the joint out quickly.. I wouldn't recommend unless you use the washer, I saw no other way to do it.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
