The link itself appears to be well constructed. It was simple to install and immediately eliminated the rattle and loose feel of the old, worn part. After replacing the wheel bearing, ball joint, outer tie rod, strut and strut mount I was disappointed with the feel and noise of the suspension. Once I found the old link to be bad and replaced it, the front end felt like new.
