These didnt fit on 2nd Gen QC 4WD Dakota
I tried to install these at a professional shop...I confirmed the size of the bar with a micrometer and the parts came in a sealed package. We double checked the part number. When I stood them next to the originals, they were about .25" shorter so there was a gap between the frame and bushing. I had to order replacements from a dealership and those fit perfectly but for twice the cost. In this case you get what you pay for...
Outer Dimensions Too Small For '01 Dakota Quad Cab 4WD
The outer dimensions of MOOG K7362 sway bar bushings are too small for an '01 Dakota Quad Cab 4WD. These bushings leave about .25 inch gap between the bushing and frame once installed. The I.D. of 1.4 inches is fine. Comparing the O.E. bushing to this Moog bushing side-by-side reveals that the outer dimensions of the Moog are smaller than the O.E. Too bad because these are a nice urethane replacement for the rubber O.E. In the image Moog is on the left and O.E. is on the right.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Compare this part to your old part before throwing packaging
