Important info before disassembly

Beware: When you remove the old bushing from the leaf spring, no doubt the bolt is seized in the inner sleeve. Cut the bolt with a cut-off wheel (Not a sawz-all), then drill the rubber out of the bushing & remove ONLY THE INNER SLEEVE & RUBBER. DO NOT CHISEL OUT THE REMAING OUTER SHELL!!!!!! The new bushing will fit inside the old outer shell. If you remove & destroy the old outer shell the new bushing will not fit.
Pay attention to this extremely important detail & you'll be fine.

Was not an Exact Fit. Needed fabrication. I ended up returning this product and went to a Spring Specialty store to get the correct fit. This took a lot of pressing to get fully installed.

theres 2 sizes . i didnt know that until i got the part though because its a rare thing but i fabricated and made it work anyway
nice design , but won't fit stock shackle
stock shackle has hole dia of 1 3/8" and bushing is 1 1/2" O.D dia. , modified my shackles to accommodate new bushing . would only recommend if you have fabrication experience and you can modify . in my case going to cut weld and spread hole diameter to fit bushing, needs to be about .003 under 1 1/2" to have a nice pressed fit !
