Installed and rides fine
Installed these on an 03 Mountaineer. Could have gone with a quick strut but the Motorcraft originals with 300kmi were still tight. Figure I could go another 100kmi on them and they'd still outlast any aftermarket setup. Does have an additional coil and spaced tighter at the bottom than OEM. It is 1/2" shorter but since these are a little firmer ride height is the same. Run a tap to chase the threads on the mount studs. Don't start this job if you don't have heat available. Have some scrap tin to make a heat shield so you don't burn the rubber insulator. OE are nylon lock nuts so penetrant ain't gonna help. The GearWrench stubby ratchet wrenches came in real handy for this job.

worked great with no problems
bin installed on my truck for few years and it works great with no problems worked great with no problems. worked great when I was pulling my trailer. was a bit hard to install cause in the rear you will need small ratcheting wrench set or a Flex one there is no room on top of the shock tower to fit a socket or full side wrench in there.
