Different size nut
The new Moog ball joint included a larger size self locking nut rather than the 19 mm of the OEM ball joint. Managed to tighten it with a 7/8" open end but it was tight because there is not much clearance from the steering knuckle. Also this part did not include new nuts and bolt for attachment to the control arm. If you live in salt country you will likely have to purchase replacement hardware for those items.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Easy installation, perfect fit.

THREE strikes.
#1) It didnt come with any hardware. I have bought lesser price ball joints before and they came with all new nuts and bolts.
#2) No thought went into the engineering of this ball joint. The stud was not drilled for a cotter pin and instead they supply a nylock nut. Trouble is there is no room for a wrench tighten more than a few degrees so the tight nylock nut works against you. You cant just spin it down with your hands then torque which you could do with a castellated nut and cotter pin. It took forever to install.
#3) This was the "premium" ball joint and cost nearly twice of the standard part which probably came with a castellated nut, cotter pin and hardware.
I'll repeat what I mentioned before...

Ordered two ball joints:
Ball Joint Part No. K90346
Ball Joint Part No. K90347
BOTH Items have the following specifications:
Greasable: No
Castle Nut Included: Yes
Cotter Pin Hole: Yes
Mounting Hole Quantity: 3
After driving home what found inside of the two boxes is one GREASABLE ball joint with grease zerk, castle nut, and cotter pin...and the other NON-GREASABLE with just a lock nut. My mistake for not opening the boxes in front of the clerk at the store and in front of everyone there. Don't feel bad, the same thing happened at another car parts entity during the same major overhaul, except in that case I did open the boxes at the store. The sorry state of auto parts stores today...
