Purchase Part online, comments said exact fit when I got the actual part it did fit a F-150 .but only if the ball joint hole is Worn and needed a oversized ball joint that's the only way it would fit picked apart up and my local Advance Auto shop and they fixed the problem and gave me the correct part.
Hopefully I don't need another for a while!

I had to return the Driveworks u-joint that the website said was a "perfect fit;" this MOOG was in fact a perfect fit (but I had to have the folks at the store look it up for me).
