Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Poor quality
When I opened the boxes one had one tac weld on it and the other had two tac welds on. One was not clamped down all the way when it was welded so there is a gap around most of it on two sides. the other had so much porosity in the welds that they were sure not to hold up long with out breaking. Not what I expect from MOOG but that's what I was sent.
