I had to get these for my old kia optima. Getting the originals out was a hassle put some muscle into it and some cb blaster came out. Put moog ball joints in and it was a perfect fit. Easy install.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Joint good but no crown bolt and cotter pin
Cones with bolt with that plastic on inside of it to secure it. Unlike one with a crown bolt and cotter pin you stick through small hole. Mine loosened and stripped. Now I need an axle shaft. Junk.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Look at the letters CTR on the flat seal of the joint.
This is a great Korean manufactured CTR ball joint that is marketed through Federal-Mogul's MOOG division. The same part appears to be available in ten other labeled boxes for as little as $10 each. Their F-M warranty only covers the part, not the installation. Moog parts sellers are responsible to the customer for supporting the warranty, which is another way of saying the warranty you get depends on where you buy your parts. Caveat Emptor, because MOOG no longer always represents the best you that can buy, Look for CTR on the seal of the joint, compare apples to apples.

Worked out fine, seems like a good product.

Went in without too much difficulty.. Replaced failed ball joint that left me stuck when it separated. If you own a Hyundai and your steering gets stiff and your steering does not want to quickly return to center you should check the lower ball joint to save yourself a possible inopportune failure.
I would buy this product again.
