Decent stock replacement
Used these to replace stock Ford cam bolts, which is what most alignment shops will do anyways. These allow for more adjustment. Beware: The nut was 21MM but the bolt head was 22MM for the sets I got (2). Had to go buy a 22MM combo wrench. Also, the threads on the nuts (all 4 I got) were machined poorly and stuck every half turn; they were not cross threaded either. Probably just slipped past quality control. All in all they did the job.

No go on the Ranger
Bought these as recommened since I got the MOOG upper control arms. After installing, had the shop do the alignment twice and I still get severe pulls to one direction. When going around turns feels like the back end does not follow the front. Shop is unable to get a good alignment with these. Should have kept the original bolts and saved the money. Now I'm going from shop to shop to get my ranger aligned. My gas mileages has dropped tremendously. From the stated 17-22 MPG to under 15 since putting these on.

Had this installed to correct the alignment, and the washer holes stripped out. Complete junk. And expensive junk at that.

Threads poorly cut
Couldn't thread the nut onto bold. Checked 2 boxes at autoparts store - same deal. Even worked nut on bold in a vice with oil and breaker bar - didn't fix the issue.
