SCAM Defective Product
Both of the set of two were damaged. Both had paint chips. One was bent and warped with missing factory paint and completely malfunction not returning to extended position at all. The other was much weaker to compress and slower to return compared to 40,000 mile used OEM KYB shock. This was a discounted online sale only factory direct shipped deal where I was requires to may $11 shipping to my home. When I returned them to the store, I did not get back shipping costs. After checking email receipt, I realized shipping was not refundable. I checked online 4 days layer and Advanced Auto is now offering free shipping to home on orders over $35, which the set of two were. This is shady business behavior where they are using customers to thin out bad and defective stock. Waste of my time finding a defective part when my car and old part were already disassembled. Stole my money making me pay for shipping costs, then changing their online offer to free shipping. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this product. I also noticed that the specific product labels were different fonts like they were from differnt batches, but both were crap parts. Only buy from the store. I'm so freaking MAD!!!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
