NOT THAT QUICK

Good idea, not good execution.
Looks like they just badly repaint old springs to pass off as new. Mine already had rust spots.
bottom holes did not line up enough for bolt to go through, had to use a drill to make fit. One strut was missing the three retaining nuts for the top part.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Perfect fit for 2001 Avalon.
Fairly easy installation for DIY mechanics. Hardest part of job was removal of backseat and stubborn bolts. Replaced both rear struts in approximately 4 hours with several breaks during to spend time with grand daughter.

Easiest way to install struts

I haven't used Monroe's before, and so far I am pleased with these struts. The install went very quickly, and easily. It was nice not needing to track down any additional parts that you find out need replacement, once the strut is out of the vehicle. The ride is excellent so far.I usually keep my vehicles for a long time, so time will tell if they last as long as other brands that I have used in the past.
